INSURANCE

Northgate associates and dependents that have Northgate-sponsored health insurance with an Anthem Blue Cross PPO or EPO plan can be seen and it will be covered under your insurance benefits. If you have another type of insurance plan through Northgate that is not a Marque accepted plan, such as Kaiser or Simsa, Marque is offering a flat cash price of $59 to see a physician at TeleMarque.

If the physician requires lab work, we can collect your insurance information and process the lab request along with the provided coverage. Please note that any outside lab work is billed directly by that lab service and is not part of TeleMarque or your level visit charges.   If you are unsure of your insurance or payment options, please call us at (949) 612-9658, M-F 8 am to 5 pm.

VISIT LEVELS

All TeleMarque physician consultations include administration of vitals, review of patient’s family and medical history, reason for visit, and discharge instructions (when applicable).

TeleMarque offers on-site vaccinations. Some vaccinations require an office visit before vaccinations can be administered.

TeleMarque offers on-site lab testing services that may be requested by the physician and covered by the visit charge. They cannot be purchased separately and will only be given as part of a paid exam.

Advanced testing and labs are done off-site by a third party lab. These are billed directly to you by the outside lab and are not part of your office visit. A $15 handling fee is charged for all outside lab work, which includes blood draws or samples required for testing.
